My name’s Beth and I love to run. I also love to write about running, read about running and talk about running and share my experience of running with those who are interested. I have other slight passions including reading, writing, buying excessive amounts of running gear and books.
I also suffer with anxiety and depression, both of which are helped by running. I was really scared to give it a go because my mind was telling me I don’t look like a runner and I won’t do well. Nothing like proving something wrong.
What am I doing here?
I’m here to write about my journey to becoming a bit more of a runner. Are you a runner? Do you write about your experiences? I’d love to read all about what you’re doing and how you’re doing things. I’m here because I was inspired by my late Nans to go out and challenge myself. I do like a good challenge and nothing is quite as big as the London Marathon 2017 right? Big ambitions!
So, although blogs can be self involved, I love to improve on what I like and get feedback and advice from those who know what they’re talking about. I’m making new connections every day and am enjoying the new blogs I’m getting to read and discover.
